Brewed on the 26th of July this beer is currently fermenting. Brewday went exceptionnaly well other than the cooling process which was extra long for some reason - Might have to get a counter flow chiller for faster cooldown.
Dry-hopped while fermentation was active - First time using my keezer as a control temperature, right now its keeping the beer @ 20 C
