I’ve had a go at Non-alcoholic beer once on November of last year - Brew day went exceptionally fast with a 30mins mash & boil - Everything went fine except one major mistake that I’ve made on Brew day - I’ve switched up two hops addition which unfortunately made the beer very bitter ! Everything else on that beer was spot on - From color, clarity, mouthfeel etc..
